SSL encryption establishes a secure connection between a user’s browser and our servers, ensuring that all data—including login credentials, personal information, payment data, and campaign-related communications—is encrypted during transmission.

NECReach complies with applicable Florida data protection and cybersecurity laws, including but not limited to provisions related to the safeguarding of personal information and breach notification requirements.

In the event of a data breach involving personal information, NECReach will comply with all applicable Florida statutes, including timely notification to affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

NECReach may utilize trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, analytics, communication tools, and infrastructure hosting. These third parties are required to implement and maintain security measures consistent with industry standards, including SSL encryption and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant providers. NECReach does not store full credit card information on its servers unless explicitly stated and secured under compliant standards.

While NECReach implements robust security measures, users also play a critical role in maintaining the security of their accounts. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, including their email and password, and should not share this information with unauthorized individuals.
